  • Are your products authentic?
    Yes, at Jador, we pride ourselves on offering only 100% authentic luxury items, sourced directly from reputable brands and certified distributors. Authenticity is our top priority.
  • How long does shipping take?
    We aim to ship products within 24-48 hrs of the order being placed. For products in stock domestically, shipping takes 2-5 business days. For items sourced from our international suppliers, particularly outlet villages, shipping may take 15-21 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
    Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
  • Can I request a specific luxury item or size that isn’t listed on your website?
    Absolutely! If you’re looking for a specific item or size, feel free to submit a request through our Personal Shopping Service. Our team will work with you to find the item you desire.
  • What is your return/refund policy?
